Justin’s Wing Sauce

Justin’s Wing Sauce

My fabulous older brother, Justin (pictured below), shared with me this tasty, spicy wing sauce. He usually tosses chicken nuggets in the sauce, while I like to dip my nuggets. Either way, this wing sauce is easy to make and the perfect balance of hot and sweet.

Notes

  • Some barbecue sauces are not gluten free. Most bbq sauces contain "Carmel Coloring" which could be a hidden form of gluten. Double check labels to be sure it is certified gluten free.
  • My favorite brands of gluten free barbecue sauces:
    • Sweet Baby Ray's (Justin's recommendation too)
    • Stubb's Bar-B-Q
    • G Hughes Sugar Free BBQ
