Autumnal Charcuterie Board
Aly
Enjoy a delicious spread of cheese, meats, crackers, fruit, and all your favorite Autumn Treats to build a stunning charcuterie board that will be sure to impress. Have fun will mini pumpkins and Halloween candy dishes to serve various elements of your board. Don't have a charcuterie board? Use a wooden cutting board, or lay down some butcher paper. I use several wooden cutting boards and spill over onto the counter, which I clean well before set up.

Prep your counter or table by cleaning it well.
Wash and prep all fresh fruit.
Slice any cheeses or meats you have. If you are serving softer cheeses, be sure to have a serving knife.
Layout your boards where you want to serve everyone. You can layer boards and create different heights. Place your serving bowls on top of the boards. Depending on the season, you can use different candy dishes or serving bowls. Play around with the arrangement and have fun.
Start placing your different elements on the board and try to break up colors and textures. For example, separate salami and pepperoni with cheese, or make a line of crackers done the board. If working with a round board, you could give each item it's own "wedge."
