Aly lives in New York with her greyhound, Hazel. She is studying to complete her master’s in Family Therapy. She loves baking and trying strange, new gluten-free snacks. Since being diagnosed with Celiac Disease in September 2015, Aly has been on a journey to enjoy life beyond gluten and break down the “is that really gluten-free” walls.
Besides baking and blogging, Aly enjoys hiking, sewing, embroidery, photography, and going to the movies. Her favorite foods include nachos, Reese’s Fast Break, and vanilla ice cream.
